What membership options are available at Pickleball 365?
We offer two membership tiers: Signature Member and Club Member. Each provides different benefits like free open play sessions, court reservations, and more. Please visit our Membership & Pricing page for details and to sign up.
Can non-members play at the facility?
Absolutely! Visitors and guests are welcome to enjoy the facility but will not receive the discounted rates, free play, or advanced reservation window that members enjoy. All players are required to create a free account and review and accept our Liability Waiver, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before entering the facility.
Is there a trial membership available?
While we don’t offer a formal trial membership, you can participate as a Club Guest in open play sessions, events, and reserve courts on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Do you offer any discounts for longer membership commitments?
Currently, we offer month-to month memberships, but we are exploring discounted rates for longer commitments in the future. Stay tuned!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time without penalties. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
How does billing work for memberships?
If you sign up for a membership before our grand opening, your credit card will be charged for the first month and you won't be charged again until the second month after we open. Once we're open, membership fees will be billed monthly on the day of the month you signed up. You’ll receive an email reminder before each billing cycle.
What happens if I don’t use all my free open play passes or reservation hours in a month?
Unused free open play sessions and reservation hours do not roll over to the next month. Be sure to make the most of your membership benefits each month!
Do you offer family or group memberships?
We currently offer individual memberships, but we are considering family or group options in the future. Stay tuned!
Is there a refund policy if I’m not satisfied with my membership?
We do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues or are dissatisfied with your membership, please contact our support team. We’re committed to addressing your concerns and finding a resolution.

What types of programs and events are offered at Pickleball 365?
We offer a range of programs, including open play, leagues, tournaments, clinics, workshops, social mixers, and special events for players of all skill levels.
What is open play, and how does it work?
Open play is a casual, drop-in session where players of all skill levels can join, put their paddles in the rotation, and play with whoever is next – making it a fun, social way to get on the court and meet new people.
How frequently are open play sessions offered?
Open play sessions are available seven days a week at designated times throughout the day. Each open play session is two hours long.
Is there a player limit for open play sessions?
Yes, we limit open play sessions at 20 players to maximize playing time and minimize wait times between games.
Do you offer clinics or lessons?
Absolutely! We offer an exciting, dynamic training curriculum supported by a nationally recognized, accredited organization. More details will be available soon.

Are there any programs specifically for beginners?
You bet! We offer a free Intro to Pickleball class every week, plus beginner clinics and introductory leagues to help new players develop skills and gain confidence.
Can non-members participate in programs and events?
Yes! Non-members can join most programs and events, although members typically receive priority registration and discounted rates. All players are required to create a free account and accept our Liability Waiver, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before entering the facility.
Can I host a private event or party at the facility?

Facility Information & Policies
Where is Pickleball 365 located?
We are conveniently located minutes from I-94, at the corner of County Line Road and Marine City Highway (26 Mile Road) in Fair Haven, MI. Our full address and a link to directions can be found at the bottom of this page.
What are the facility’s operating hours?
Pickleball 365 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring flexible playtimes for all players.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have ample free parking available for members and guests.
What amenities are offered at the facility?
Pickleball 365 is a climate controlled environment with premium lighting, tournament grade CushionX courts, instant video replays, automated scoreboards, and individually fenced courts to ensure uninterrupted play.
How many courts do you have?
We have 3 regulation-size pickleball courts designed for comfortable play and reduced injury risk. Two courts measure 32 feet by 60 feet, and one measures 30 feet by 60 feet.
What type of surface do your courts have?
Our courts feature CushionX, the official cushioned surface of the PPA Tour, endorsed by top professional players. CushionX provides excellent ball bounce and traction, while also minimizing joint impact to help prevent injuries, ensuring a top-quality playing experience.
How do I access the facility?
It's simple! Pickleball 365 is a fully automated facility. Open the Pickleball 365 mobile app, go to the “Reservation” tab, select your appointment, and tap “Unlock Door.” The door unlock option is available 15 minutes before your reservation starts and remains active throughout your reservation time.
Will someone be there to greet me when I arrive?
Not officially, but there’s a good chance you’ll see a Pickleball 365 team member if you visit during core hours. The facility is open 24/7, 365 days a year, with automated check-in when you enter. Each court has a monitor displaying the names of everyone in your reservation—just head to your designated court and start playing!
Can I visit the facility without a reservation?
No, a reservation is required to enter the facility. However, if you'd like to schedule a visit, we’d be happy to arrange it. Please email us at support@pickleball365.net to set up a day and time.
Is the facility accessible for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, our facility is fully ADA- compliant, with accessible parking and restrooms.
Are there rules or guidelines for using the courts?
Yes, players must follow court rules, fair play, and proper court etiquette. Full guidelines are posted at the facility.
What should I wear when playing at Pickleball 365?
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and require all players to wear non- marking court shoes. Proper attire is required on the courts.
Are there locker rooms or showers available?
No, we do not have locker rooms or showers at the facility. We have two accessible bathrooms available for you to use.
Do you provide equipment, or do I need to bring my own?
We’ve got you covered! We provide free pickleball paddles and balls for use during court reservations, lessons, and open play. You’re also welcome to bring your own.
What are the facility’s safety protocols?
We prioritize player safety with regular court maintenance and first-aid kits on-site. Emergency contact information is posted throughout the facility.
Can I bring food or drinks into the facility?
You’re welcome to bring water bottles, single-serve non-alcoholic drinks, and small snacks. Please keep all food and drinks off the courts and limit consumption to the designated seating areas. A hydration station is available at the front of the facility for refilling water bottles. We do not have food or beverages for sale on-site.
Is smoking, vaping, or alcohol allowed?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the facility. Alcohol is also prohibited; guests may not bring or consume it on the premises. Violations of these policies may result in fines up to $500 and account suspension. Alcohol may be permitted for certain parties or special events, subject to prior approval.
Are there any age restrictions for using the facility?
Players must be at least 18 years old to use the facility independently. Children may participate when accompanied by an adult.
Account & Support
How do I create an account?
Click here to create a free account on our website and follow the prompts. You’ll need to provide some basic information and accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You can also create an account by downloading our iOS app or Android app.
What is password-less login?
Pickleball 365 uses an email based password-less login system for enhanced security. Instead of relying on traditional passwords, you receive a unique login link via email, ensuring a safer and more convenient way to access your account.
Can I still use a password if I want to?
Yes, you can set a password for your account if preferred. To do so, log out from the Account tab, then select “Log in with your password.” Follow the prompts to reset your password, and a link will be sent to your email. Use the link to create a password for future logins.
Is there a mobile app available?
Yes, and we highly recommend downloading it! Our iOS app for Apple devices and Android app for Google devices offer the easiest and most convenient way to interact with Pickleball 365. While you can access all features through our website, most of our customers find the app to be their preferred choice for managing everything seamlessly.
How can I update my personal information?
Log into your account, click on the “Account” icon at the bottom of the screen, then click “Account Info” to update your information. If you need to update the email address associated with your account, please send an email to support@pickleball365.net.
How do I contact customer support if I am having problems?
